Know what to expect.
How long does an individual fitting take?+
Assessment, molding, footwear fitting, and adjustments generally require about 20–25 minutes per person.
What shoes should I bring?+
Bring the footwear you use most. Athletes should bring their primary cleats, court shoes, running shoes, or cycling footwear.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a $100 fee.
When do I pay?+
Payment is completed at the appointment by card, Zelle, or cash unless an approved team or clinic arrangement has been made.
