Can I return my custom insoles if I'm not satisfied?

Custom insoles are covered by our lifetime warranty, allowing unlimited returns for regeneration. You simply pay a small regeneration fee. However, this policy excludes insurance, medical, Medicaid, or state-funded purchases. Please review our warranty policy for full details.

How does the at-home service work, and what are the costs?

Our at-home service involves two separate costs: the cost of making the custom insole and the cost of the home service itself. We strive to keep our prices affordable and transparent. For a return and regeneration of custom insoles, there will be a regeneration cost, and a home service cost will be applied as well. Please contact your local store for detailed pricing information.

Do you accept insurance?

We are working on accepting insurance payments, but for now, we operate on a purchase-only basis. We'll keep our customers informed and let them know when we can accept insurance payments.

Do you offer off-the-shelf insoles, and what's the return policy?

Yes, we offer high-quality off-the-shelf insoles. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the insoles are not worn or used, and are in original packaging. A small restocking fee applies, and customers pay for return shipping.

I have insurance or Medicaid; can I use it for custom insoles?

Our lifetime warranty does not cover insurance, medical, Medicaid, or state-funded purchases for custom insoles. Consult with your insurance provider for specific policies related to regeneration.

What areas do you currently serve with your at-home service?

Our at-home service is currently available in California, with plans to expand to cities like Miami, Chicago, New York, Dallas, New Jersey, and the US capital soon.

Can I repeat the return process for custom insoles under the warranty?

Yes, you can repeat the return process for custom insoles as many times as you like, provided there is a physical insole left, subject to the regeneration fee and other terms.
