  1. Non-Refundable Products
  • Custom Insoles: All sales of custom insoles are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any custom insole purchases due to their personalized nature.
  • Used Insoles and Sports Products: We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any insoles, sports products, or sports pads that show signs of use or are in opened packaging. This is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and customer safety.

  1. Eligible Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for non-custom, unused insoles, and sports products if they are in their original, unopened packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@instantinsoles.com. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
  • Customers may select their preferred shipping method for the return, but are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Products must be in their original condition, with packaging intact and unopened, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will determine the eligibility of the product for return or exchange.
  1. Restocking Fee
  • For accepted returns, a restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The specific amount of the restocking fee will be provided at the time of the return request.
  1. Refunds
  • Approved returns, after deducting the restocking fee and excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund process time depends on your card issuer's policies.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
  1. Exceptions
  • Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of Instant Insoles & More and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
